Nobunaga Oda
The adversary of the main characters. He "simply the governor of a small region like Owari." But, as is revealed during the showdown between Mori Ranmaru and Ayame in the third part of the OVA series, "Flames of Anger", Ranmaru gave him control of the Host of Oboro and the power of the "black demon god." He rules over the host of Oboro, the three-headed monster (who destroys Ayame, Sakon, and Ryoma's villages). At the end he becomes the "black demon god", but is vanquished by the combined efforts of Ayame, Sakon, and Ryoma and their respective Swords of Sorcery. Oda didn't know he was Oboro. He was killed by Ayame, Sakon, and Ryoma.
