Awai Oohoshi

Awai Oohoshi is a first-year student at Shiraitodai High School in West Tokyo and a supporting character in the manga "Saki". Spoiler She is confirmed to be a powerful opponent and during her match in the West Tokyo's finals, Awai's hair was shown waving and behind her was flaring with a night sky look. She is said to be Miyanaga Teru's successor and acknowledged as one of the few amazing 1st years, along with Miyanaga Saki. Awai was one of the few players who sensed it when Komaki Jindai fell asleep and hit Yuuki Kataoka with a sanbaiman. Power: Spoiler Awai's current revealed power is called 'Zettai Anzen-ken' - 'Absolute Safety Zone', making all her opponents have bad starting hands (ex: 5-6 shanten).
