She stays hidden and appears as ghostly like figure until near the end. In the Manga, she is the director of La Metal. Her appearance is similar to of a mere human child, she looks younger than as she appears in the movie version, but she has lived for over million years. She tend to float in the air and move without having to move her legs. She has golden halo-like object on her head and bottom of her feet. In the Movie, her appearance is like of a young child, but her voice is of a woman. She doesn't have a Iris on her eyes, which makes it looks like she is wearing a mask. Her goal is to destroy mankind and bring eternal spring to La Metallians.
