Brain Lizard
A near crazed psychopath, he calls himself "The Brain Lizard" and has a pension for referring to himself in the third-person. Having a taste for the theatrical, and using it to his advantage by distracting his opponents’ with odd looking carnival dolls, he then attacks with a high explosive device. He is a tall blond man, and is capable of controlling the virus's effects upon himself, and others. He has a single large red optical device over his eyes, and is called a Cyclops. His other implants make him more powerful and deadly then any other virus related person. He easily over powers Serge even when in Hyper-mode.
