Hyoh
Hyoh is the Second Rashō. He is a descendant of the main Hokuto bloodline and Kenshiro's true older brother. After being separated from Ken as a child, his memories were sealed away by Jukei, the scar on his forehead being the result of this. Hyoh was favored by Jukei over Kaioh due to his bloodline, but plays a subordinate role to Kaioh in the present. Spoiler Unlike Kaioh, Hyoh is initially portrayed as a more benevolent ruler until he goes insane and turns evil after Sayaka's death. He returns to his normal self after fighting Ken and regains his lost memories. He rescues Lin from the Warriors of Asura while Ken fights against Ken. (Source: Wikipedia)
