Ryoko Yakushiji

Counselor Ryoko Yakushiji is a career minded bureaucrat who graduated from Tokyo University. She's an intelligent and skilled Superintendent. She can speak in several languages including French. Her father is the head of the multinational security company JACES, and her being the next in like to head it. Do to this this no one goes against her, because it might cause them their retirement jobs. She is also the supervisor of Junichirō Izumida who she is also infatuated with. She is a good fighter, being able to use firearms and fight with bare hands.
