Airy Ardet
She is a sweet, sociable, caring and a generous person who is close to children, she is one of the three girls who manages Le Coeur bakery, though she can bake, she is mostly in charge of hawking their baked goods either in the neighborhood or in town. She frequently drops by the town's orphanage to hand out excess unsold bread or pastries to the orphans. Spoiler It is later reveled in episode 7 that just like the rest of the girls of Le Coeur, she was found by Madera when she got washed up along the shore with no memory of her past.
