Vatanen

Vatanen is a member of the Milosian rebel group. On his forearms, he has a pair of Milosian alchemic circles meant for healing, which he would use on his fellow rebels. He appears to be a notable member of the rebels. Spoiler When Julia was despairing after learning about the truth of how a Philosopher's Stone is made, Vatanen gave her a speech reassuring her of the group's collective dedication to restoring Milos. He afterwards additionally encouraged "Ashleigh" (who is later revealed to be Atlas in disguise). Later, during the rebellion's assault, Vatanen was among the rebels digging a tunnel into the Cretan military base. He was seen again in the subsequent assault on the base, and after the base was overrun by the rebel force, was the one to declare Milos's re-establishment. Later, Vatanen visited Julia in the hospital room, just after she discovers that the real Ashleigh had all ready left.
