He has wavy light brown hair and an ahoge by his part. Like England, he possesses thick eyebrows, and like Australia, he sports a band-aid on his cheek. In Wy’s original character notes, he is said to be her mentor as a micronation, but she doesn’t really understand him. Sealand once said that he is an “amazing” and “important” person. Wy and Sealand, along with Seborga and Molossia, ask Hutt River to join their micronations club, which he is reluctant to do at first, but eventually gives in. He was described as being clean, organized, and more developed than any other micronation. Apparently, in order to even talk to him, one needs to own a Rolls Royce and a visa to enter his home (which costs 2 Hutt River Dollars).
