Laguna Harvey
A known figure in the transportation business, he is known for providing train units for the orbital elevators. In secret, he is a member of Celestial Being. It is later revealed that he is the traitor within Celestial Being; using stolen data, he financed the construction of the false Solar Furnaces and GN-X mobile suits, which he later sold to the three superpowers. He met with Ali Al-Saachez after Ali expressed interest in obtaining one of the GN-X units, however, Laguna refused to give him one. He is also the Trinity siblings' middle man, providing them data before they would conduct operations. Laguna ultimately met a grim fate as he was assassinated in his office in Japan by Ali Al-Saachez.
