Hyogo Kaburagi

Hyogo Kaburagi is a member of the Professional Bureau of Public Security, a department that monitors supernatural activities such as the demon slayers and the Ayakashi. He was originally assigned to Kuesu, trying to cover up any activity involving the demon slayers and the Ayakashi. He later appears to Yuto to bring news of a cannibalistic Ayakashi and to recruit him into his department. He also reminds Yuto that if the humans and the Ayakashi were to coexist, a king is need to maintain that order. He then makes a deal for Shuten-douji and Tama that they can proceed with their plan, but they can't harm any humans in the process, only for it to be broken by Shuten-douji injuring him.
