Daiki Nakanishi

Position: First baseman, Third baseman A member of the Seishū High School baseball club, in the same year as Kō and Akaishi. He likes Kō, but has a rocky relationship with him ever since elementary school, when Kō convinced he and his friends to buy a lot of brand new baseball equipment from the Kitamura store. In compensation, Nakanishi forces Kō to learn the basics of baseball (outside of hitting). He joins the baseball club in junior high, but quits after three months, getting into a bloody fight with the slacking seniors. However, he keeps training after leaving the club. He joins the baseball club in high school, but like Kō and Akaishi he does not take the placement test and is placed on prefab team. While he plays catcher in elementary school, in high school he originally plays first baseman before switching to third baseman as Azuma joins as first baseman.
