Rikou Takitsubo
She is the member of underground organization ITEM. Her power is the LV4 AIM Stalker. She can detect and memorize the AIM of any esper on earth. She usually use it to locate the target person for her team. Rikou has a potential to become Level 5. Spoiler At one point, she suffers brain damage from the battle that prevents the use of her esper powers for a while; however, later she is cured and the path to become lv5 has opened for her again. According to Academin City's calculation, Rikou's full potential at Lv5 are the following: Spoiler - Able to lower/rise the level of other espers - Give any ability at any level to any person - Remove the ability from any person - Switch/change other esper abilities
